Challenge

An Extensive Amount of Manual Work​, Leaking Revenue, and a Lack of Transparency

Heeros had several invoicing sources and was missing a transparent solution for the whole customer portfolio. They also did not have a common tool for pricing and contract management. The process was laborsome, error-prone, and caused a substantial amount of revenue leakage. ​

Heeros was looking for a flexible solution that would enable revenue growth (through pricing and billing automation) and get rid of the ever-increasing manual effort. The desired solution was expected to provide transparent and detailed service usage reports to customers. Heeros also wanted to ensure that they address the process and data management issues that feed the billing system (i.e. CRM and ERP).
